Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use complexrefuse.beer and the referral help offered through it by Complexrefuse Pest Control. By browsing the site, calling the phone number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do and Do Not Do

Complexrefuse Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals, or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Like a plumber you find through a neighbor, they run their own shop. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control them. We also make no promise about their availability, response time, work, or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not professional, legal, health, or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a specific product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in by unauthorized means.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@complexrefuse.beer.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Complexrefuse Pest Control or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Complexrefuse Pest Control is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of the website, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
